We’re Cameron Stephen & Co, property solicitors and estate agents, Leith, Edinburgh.
We offer conveyancing and estate agency services in Edinburgh.
What does that mean?
It means that we help people buy and sell their homes.
But more than that, we are experts and specialise in helping First Time Buyers buy their first home and, because we believe in giving value for money, we offer a great fixed fee estate agency service, which helps save our clients money when they decide to sell and move on.
We also believe it is important to give people information about what’s involved in buying and selling property. That is why our website is full of useful information and tips to buyers and sellers.
Unlike most other solicitors & estate agents in Edinburgh, we don’t charge commission.
Instead, we charge a simple fixed fee which gives you the best combination of quality of service and value for money.

Over the years we have helped hundreds of first time buyers buy their first homes. It is something we particularly like doing and most often our first time buyers refer us to their friends.
We offer a special fee for first time buyers to give them a little extra help and we know an independent mortgage advisor based in our office who will be able to give you assistance in getting your mortgage agreement in principle and then your mortgage.
